Kings and Queens spirit week

This week we had another spirit week. We also had Kings and Queens court. Monday was "meme day" so I dressed for the occasion.

Tuesday we had a basketball game against Holton. Thursday night was Senior Bandits night. We did this with homecoming as well. We went to prank the candidates for Kings and Queens courts houses. The next day we had a competition to decorate the school again. Our grade had to decorate the commons area in a christmas theme and we won.

That evening we played against Nemaha. Our team won the first 3 quarters and I even scored. The fourth quarter we started with only 5 people and no subs. After one minute one of our players got fouled out so we had to play 4 against 5. In the last 2 minutes I fouled out as well so our team had to play 3 against 5. Our team managed to score even playing 3 against 5, but we eventually lost 27-37.

After the game we went to the school dance. The next day I went to my old hostfamily for an early christmas lunch. It was good to see them again and the food was delicious. Later that night we went to Topeka. We ended up having coffee at Classic Bean. I got a dirty chai and we got to enjoy some amazing live music.
