I have been getting more used to my life here in America. Tuesday was the birthday of the other exchange student living in our house. We celebrated it with a traditional american sheet cake. Even though it was his birthday, I recieved a present from the Netherlands. My family send me a shirt with our city name on it and a incredibly sweet card.
I have been really enjoying all of my classes. Especially creative writing. The assignments we get are really creative and fun to do and I really enjoy taking that class.

This was one of the assignments we got. We had to make a calligram of a poem or song. I chose the song "Cinnamon" from JOME. On Thursday I wasn't feeling well so I didn't go to school that day. But on Friday I went to a football game in Wamego with some friends. The team lost 46-6 but it was still a fun game to watch.
Saturday we were home alone so Lukas and I played some basketball outside and I rode a bike for the first time in what feels like forever. I wonder if I can still ride a bike in 8 months...
